Keith Realty is located in midtown Mobile in Mobile County. The office is fully staffed from 8:00 to 5:00 PM Mon - Fri with agents on call 24 hours a day. Office is equipped with scanning /faxing equipment. Keith Realty is a property management office collecting rents from over 500 rental properties in the Mobile area. This provides a constant flow of potential customer walking in the doors on a daily basis. There are 5 licensed agents in the office to assist customers with their real estate needs, either on the sales side or the leasing side.

Jonathan Keith Associate Broker will be heading operations. Jonathan is the number one agent in the local market center and has been licensed Realtor since 1996 and Broker since 1998. Jonathan is the local area foreclosure expert and primary target market is investors and first time homeowners. Jonathan will be responsible for marketing / listing / selling hud owned properties, as well as recruiting and training new sales associates.

Susie Keith will be full time assistant to Jonathan handling all paperwork and administrative duties associated with servicing this HUD account. She will handle most of contract to close duties.

Robert Keith is qualifying Broker and will be responsible for contract oversight as well as being available to handle any contract disputes or issues that may arise. Robert has been licensed since the 1970’s and is well versed in buying and selling foreclosed homes. Robert is sole owner of Keith Realty

Keith Realty currently has 10 licensed realtors. Each of these agents will receive weekly updates of all HUD listings, and will be specifically trained on how to sell HUD homes. Keith Realty manages and collects rents from 500 single family homes in Mobile area. The majority of these properties have a market value on less than 100,000 dollars, which provides an excellent opportunity to capture potential buyers for Hud owned homes.


Jonathan Keith IS the foreclosure expert for Mobile County. Jonathan has been serving as Neighborhood listing broker for the past 16 months having closed over 70 sides in 2011. Jonathan currently offers monthly training classes for local agents and well as additional classes targeted at general public. The more agents that can understand the seeming daunting tasks of selling foreclosed homes, the more buyers that can be generated. The public classes offer a broad overview of foreclosures, the overall foreclosure process, and the buying process, including purchasing HUD homes. The biggest issue of concern in Alabama is the rights of redemption and how that affects the homeowners, and how that affects to loan process. Jonathan covers this topic in depth and experience has shown this once buyers have a better understanding of rights of redemption, they become eager to pursue their home purchase.

Jonathan Keith was born and raised in Mobile, Al. Before coming to work in a sales position he worked in his family Real Estate business for 10 years. Growing up in the property management business, Jonathan has tremendous local market knowledge. Forced to be “in the streets” everyday, the results are staggering. Because he has been on virtually every street in Mobile County, his ability to accurately assess a home value is unique. Another important factor in evaluating distressed properties having knowledge of the volume of sales that take place that are not recorded in the local MLS. By virtue of dealing with distressed properties his entire career / life, Jonathan not only has knowledge of these sales, but is actively involved daily with these transactions. Jonathan database is majority composed of local Real Estate investors.
